J247 Student Ministry
J247 stands for Jesus, Journey, and Jeremiah 24/7, which says "I will give them a heart to know me, that I am the Lord. I will be their God, and they will be my people, for they will return to me with all their heart (NIV)."
J247 students realize that they are daily on a journey with Jesus. They can choose to allow Jesus to guide them on their journey, or they may choose to drag Jesus in their own direction. Either way, Jesus will be on their journey.
J247 is designed for students 7th grade through 12th grades. It has been created to foster a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as well as encourage accountability among our peers.
J247 meets for Bible Study on Wednesdays at 6:00pm and then for special events as scheduled. We do all kinds of fun things and invite any student to join us!
J247 has 5 main goals:
1.) Always in all ways give God all our praise
2.) Have fun through activities and fellowship in the Spirit
3.) Outreach in Love
4.) Teach and show the Truth as we grow together
5.) Stand up for Christ as leaders that help others lead
